Payment Information

We do not retain credit card information; it is handled by our payment processor, Stripe (Stripe Payments Japan, Ltd. / Stripe, Inc.). Please see stripe.com/jp/privacy for Stripe's privacy policy.

Purpose of Use

• Providing the Service, identity verification, and login
• Communications regarding applications and payments
• Fraud prevention, incident response, and service improvement

Disclosure to Third Parties and Outsourcing

We outsource processing to the following providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (delivery and storage), Anthropic, PBC (machine translation), Resend, Inc. (email delivery), and Stripe (payments). Except as required by law, we will not provide your information to third parties without your consent.

Retention Period

Free preview data will be deleted approximately 30 days after the last update if linked to an account, or approximately 7 days if not. Data under paid contracts will be deleted within 30 days after the contract ends.

Cookie

We use only the minimum Cookies necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use Cookies for advertising purposes.
